Qualifications for approval

Currently, Lower Keys Test Ease is only servicing those that live south of the 7 Mile Bridge. In order to qualify to receive aid, you will be asked to submit proof of residency.

As stated in our mission statement, our focus is on diseases relevant to the health of the community. This means we will only approve applications regarding the testing of communicable diseases. Applicants will be asked to supply a copy of their bill for relevant testing.

Applicants must meet the Monroe County Qualifying Income Limits for Very Low or Low income for Single Persons, Married, or Domestic Partners provided by the Monroe County, Florida Planning and Environmental Resources Department. Applicants will be asked to provide proof of income or unemployed.
